This is one of the simplest and the coolest tricks that i can remember of. What you can do with it is that you can hide a folder on the desktop itself or at any other location without actually changing its attributes to hidden. How ? Well, Keep Reading !
- First create a new folder somewhere on your hard drive
- When you name it hold down “Alt” and press “0160″. This will create an invisible space so it will appear as if it has no name.
- Then right click it and select “Properties”.
- Select the tab “customize” and select “change icon”. Scroll along and you should see a few blank spaces. Click on any one
- Click OK. Now when you have saved the settings the folder will be invisible.
